Use to make traditional "Pease Pudding", a famous accompaniment for Jiggs Dinner. Fill bag with peas to desired amount. Use ties to secure top of bag. if peas do not fill bag, fold down top before securing ties to leave a suitable amount of slack. Hook a fork in the loop at bottom of bag to shake hot pudding from bag. If you prefer a drier pudding, squeeze some water from the bag before removing.
